Step 1: Cranberry Chutney Ingredients

  • 1 package fresh cranberries
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon each ground ginger, allspice, and cloves
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar

  1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  2. Turn heat to medium and bring to a boil.
