Prepare to Bake the Tortillas. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let sit for ten minutes.
Add the chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder and knead the seasonings into the dough.
Pull apart pieces of the dough to form balls about the size of a large egg.
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin or glass into a circle shape, like a pizza.
Step 3:
Bake the Tortillas. Spray vegetable oil into a baking pan. Lightly flour the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and let cool.
