- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Step 2: How to Make Corn Fritters
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Drop batter into skillet by tablespoon and fry until browned on the bottom.
- Turn the fritter over and continue cooking until underside is browned.
- Serve with butter and maple syrup, if desired.
