In this video, Chef Yvan Lemoine shows us a few recipes he recommends for Cinco De Mayo. Chef Lemoine recommends using Old El Paso's brand of Stand and Stuff taco shells to make chicken tacos topped off with scallions, tomatoes, lettuce and onions. Another of his favorites is chips and salsa. He recommends Herdez brand for salsa. He explains that the salsa can be used to make fajitas with a nice skirt steak.

Step 1: Stock up on Mexican Ingredients for Cinco de Mayo Food
- Preparing traditional Cinco de mayo food requires some ingredients you may not have on hand in your kitchen Some of these may be available in your local grocery store, but some may need to be ordered online, or purchased from a Mexican specialty shop. Specialty ingredients typically used in Mexican cooking include:
