How to Make Chocolate Creamy Yogurt Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 3 oz plain, low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup butter, softenedc  

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Electric mixer or whiskc 

Make Chocolate Creamy Yogurt Frosting

  1. Add sugar and butter in mixing bowl and stir.
  2. Add yogurt, chocolate and vanilla and stir.
  3. Mix together with your electric mixer on low or your whisk.
  4. Scrape the sides with the spatula and mix again, breaking apart the powdered sugar lumps.
  5. Once a creamy consistency is reached, you are ready to frost the food of your choosing!
