How To Make an Easy Chocolate Cake
This recipe is very similar to the one on this page, although it substitutes reduced fat milk for the whole milk called for in the recipe. You could also substitute buttermilk, if desired. The video recipe also uses 2 teaspoons of vanilla, rather than the 1 teaspoon suggested on this page. At 1:50, the expert illustrates how to do the toothpick test to tell if the cake is done- this part of the video is very helpful if you're not sure how to twll if a cake is done. -
