Orange Chicken Recipe
This video, hosted by chef Jason Hill, features a guide to preparing a healthy homemade orange chicken. Inspired by Chinese cuisine in Los Angeles, California, this recipe combines sauteed slices of chicken, with fresh orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, and orange zest. This dish uses a pan sautéed chicken, as opposed to fried chicken typically seen in orange chicken recipes. The beef can be prepared the same way, sauteing the meat rather than coating and frying it.
