What You'll Need
4 cups air-popped popcorn
- 2 heaping tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 wedge fresh organic lemon
- Himalayan pink salt to taste
- Pepper
- Small mixing bowl
- Large mixing bowl
Prepare the Popcorn
Mix together the yeast, salt and pepper in the small mixing bowl.
- Squeeze the lemon wedge over the popcorn.
- Pour the dry mixture on top of the popcorn.
- Mix the topping onto the popcorn with your hands.
- Serve or store in bags for an on-the-go snack!
