Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp. mustard, dry mustard works best
- 2 cups chopped nuts, pistachios, almonds or pecans work best
Step 2: Prepare Cheese Logs
- Mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a large bowl until well combined.
- Stir in the green onions and Worcestershire sauce.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes or until slightly firm.
- In a separate bowl, combine the remaining cream cheese, clue cheese and mustard with an electric mixer.
- Form the cheddar cheese mixture into a log shape.
- Spread the blue cheese mixture over the top and sides of the cheddar log.
- Roll the layered log in the chopped nuts, covering well.
- Secure the log with a sheet of aluminum foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for two to three hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
