California Rolls Tips
- Prepare the sushi rice.
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold running before cooking.
- Cook rice for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Let rice cool to room temperature.
- Prepare avocado and crab meat mixture.
- Use plastic wrap on the rolling mat.
- Use wet your fingers when spreading the rice.
- When rolling up the rolls press the ingredients in to keep the roll firm.
- Form a cylinder shape.
- Seal the edge of the nori with a drop of water and press the seam closed.
- Keep in refrigerator until needed.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into bite size pieces.
