How to Make Cake in A Mug
This video demonstrates how easy it is to mix cake in a mug from scratch, and then bake it in the microwave. The recipe used combines 4 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of milk, and 3 tablespoons of oil. It then microwaves for 3 minutes. -
How to Make Cake in a Mug From a Mix
Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package of cake mix
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant pudding mix
- Cooking spray
- 8 eggs or egg whites
- 8 tbsp oil
- 8 tbsp water
Equipment
- 8 Coffee mugs
- Microwave
- Bowl
- Whisk
- Fork

- If you wish to store some of the mix for later, measure 1/2 cup of the mix into seperate small plastic bags. Continue with these instructions to make a cake.
