Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 11/2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 6 medium tomatoes (cut into small pieces)
- May substitute 1 large (about 20 oz.) can of chopped tomatoes.
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup sour cream

Prepare the Cabbage
