- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup dutch processed cocoa

Make Betty Crocker's Dutch Chocolate Frosting
- Add the sugar, cocoa, cream and vanilla to your mixing bowl, blending together with your electric mixer on low or your whisk.
- Scrape the edges and mix again, until the consistency is thick but soft and easily spreadable.
