• 1 package of yellow cake mix, with the eggs and vegetable oil needed to prepare it
• 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 8-12 ounce jar caramel topping
• 8 ounces whipped cream
• 2 chocolate covered toffee bars chopped or crushed

1. Mix and bake the cake in a 9" x 13" pan as specified by the package directions .
2. Allow the cake to cool for five minutes.
3. Score the top of the cake so that the additional ingredients will penetrate.
