Beef sliders feature the comfort-food taste of hamburgers in a smaller serving size that is suited for an appetizer or snack at a Super Bowl party. Just like hamburgers, the main components include two pieces of bun surrounding a beef patty. Also just like hamburgers, beef sliders can be topped with a multitude of condiments and vegetables to suit many tastes.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-ShOjAvzog
One basic recipe for beef sliders features a standard beef patty topped with caramelized onions and mustard, all enclosed in a dinner roll.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-ShOjAvzog Super Bowl beef sliders are far from limited to those ingredients, as other hamburger toppings like cheese, ketchup, pickles and vegetables can be added as well. To give party guests the choice to create their own sliders, the ingredients can be served in a buffet-style setup.http://www2.dothaneagle.com/lifestyles/2011/jan/26/super-bowl-party-sliders-ar-1386786/

Beef Sliders For Your Super Bowl Party Recipe
- Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and onions. Stir occasionally and cook about five-to-eight minutes.
- Place the ground beef in the large mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently and allow to sit.
- When the onions have cooked down, stir in the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Transfer to the small bowl.
- Sprinkle a bit of salt in the skillet and heat over medium.
- Slice the slider buns or dinner rolls to create two halves.
- Gently form the ground beef into six patties that are slightly larger than the size of the buns or rolls. Flatten each patty, as it will shrink during the cooking process. Cook the patties in the skillet for one-to-two minutes on each side.
- Place one beef patty on the bottom half of each bun or roll. Top each with one-sixth of the caramelized onions. Squeeze a bit of mustard on top of the onions. Close the sliders by topping with the second half of the bun or roll. Serve.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-ShOjAvzog
