Sesame Avocado Dressing

The recipe includes 1 cup sesame seeds, soaked overnight and drained, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 12 dates, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt, and 2 small avocados. all the ingredients are combined in a blender and pureed.
Introduction
In order to make good avocado salad dressing, you need to make sure that the avocado is ripe. It should yield gently to your hand when pressed. If the avocado is not ripe, place it in a brown paper bag for a day otr two when you get it home from the store. The bag will trap the gases released by the fruit and speed up its ripening.

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash cayenne pepper

- Mash the avocado with the lemon juice.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Puree until smooth

- Replace sour cream with buttermilk for a thinner dressing.
- Add 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds if desired.
- If you prefer a sweeter dressing, add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
