- Place the half & half, butter and sugar in the small skillet. Heat over medium.
- Melt the butter and allow the mixture to come to a boil. Stir constantly using the rubber scraper.
- Lower heat and allow to simmer for two-to-three minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add the chocolate to the cream mixture. Remove from heat and allow the chocolate to melt, mixing constantly.
- Stir using the rubber scraper until the cream and chocolate create a smooth sauce.
