Almond milk is not a dairy product. It is made by combining ground almonds and water. To make 2 cups of almond milk, grind 1 1/2 cups of almonds to a paste in a food processser or blender. Add 1/2 cup of water and process until smooth.

  4. Cool for 30 minutes, and then chill until set in the refrigerator. This will take 2 hours to overnight.
  5. Open the canned cocktail fruits. Reserve the syrup.
  6. Cut the pudding into cubes if you use a big mold, or loosen the individual pudding mold. Transfer the pudding to ice cream glasses or dessert glasses which are shaped like a bowl (not tall sundae glasses). Serve with the cocktail fruits and drizzle with the reservedsyrup.
