Make Your Juice
1. Prepare the pineapple by slicing it into narrow pieces, so that they will fit in the mouth of the juicer. Keep the skin on the pineapple. 2. Place the pitcher under the spout of the juicer.
3. Put the pineapple pieces in the juicer, using the lid to push them through.
4. The pineapple should produce approximately one cup of juice. Enjoy your juice within 20 minutes in order to absorb all the live enzymes. You can also store it in an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours.
