- 1 half ounce of honeydew melon flavored liqueur (Midori is a well known brand, but there are also many others)
- 1 half ounce of pineapple juice
- 1 quarter ounce of cream (may be heavy or light, and milk will even do if you have no cream)
- A cocktail shaker with strainer
- A shot glass
- Ice cubes
How to Make the Scooby Snack
The first step is to fill your cocktail shaker about halfway to the top with ice cubes. Next, our in your coconut rum and honeydew melon liqueur. Use a jigger or a measuring cup if you have them, or you can just pour and estimate the amounts. Once you have poured in your alcohols, add the pineapple juice and cream or milk. Now cover the cocktail shaker and shake until your ingredients are well mixed. The mixture should look frothy when you take the top off of the shaker. Next, strain into your shot glass and enjoy.
