1. Add the pineapple, banana, superfood powder, coconut oil, blueberries and avocado into the blender.
2. Rip the leaves off the kale stems and combine them with the ingredients in the blender.
3. Add part of the coconut water to the blender to thin down the smoothie.

4. Blend the ingredients on high speed until they become smooth. Check the consistency of the smoothie. If it's too thick, add more coconut water to the blender and continue blending.
5. If you want your smoother to be sweeter, you can add a
natural sweetener at this point.
6. Finally, add the ice if you want your smoothie to be chilled like a milkshake.
7. Blend up the smoothie until it becomes even. Serve and enjoy as a meal supplement or everyday snack.
