Make Your Smoothie
This superfood smoothie packs in vitamins and nutrients to give you a healthy and delicious treat. Its minty-chocolate taste is reminiscent of mint chocolate chip ice cream, so it's a sweet way to enjoy healthy ingredients.
1. Start off by adding the cashews into the blender with a little bit of the hemp milk. Blend the cashews and milk together on high speed to create a puree base to start the smoothie. It's ok if there are still chunks in it.
2. Next add the banana, broken up into pieces, and spoon in the avocado.
3. Add the superfood, mint, cacao nibs and dates to taste.
4. If you want your smoothie to be smoother, add more hemp milk to the blender. You can also add some pieces of ice to make it cold like a milkshake.
5. Blend up the ingredients until they become smooth. Serve and enjoy this nutrient-packed smoothie.
