  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice

  • 1/3 cup frozen blackberries

Instructions

  1. Add skim milk, almonds, vanilla yogurt, ice cubes, and vanilla protein powder into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add fresh or frozen raspberries and blueberries, mango, guava, pineapple, raisins, banana, honey, and lemon extract to the blender. Mix until blended smooth.
  3. Add more milk if desired.

Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • Nutmeg to taste

Instructions

  1. Add peanut butter, banana, milk, vanilla yogurt, and ice cubes to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, honey, chocolate syrup, and some nutmeg to taste. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add more milk for a thick or more thin consistency.
