Introduction
The Piscola cocktail is a South American drink that has become popular over the years. The pisco brandy used in making this refreshing cocktail is distilled from the white Muscat grapes grown in a region of South America, called Pisco. -
Step 1: Essential Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of Pisco brandy
- 3.0 oz of Coca-cola ® (or any cola drink)
- 1.0 oz of lemon juice
- ice cubes
- lime wedge
- highball glass
Step 2: Making the Drink
- Put 2-3 ice cubes into the highball glass.
- Pour the Pisco brandy and the Coca-cola®.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge & serve.
Step 3: Variation
The piscola cocktail can also be created without the Cola drink. This alternative is called Piscola Blanca by the South Americans, because it is light in color.To create this variation, just replace the Coca-cola® with Sprite ® in the original recipe.Resources Powered by Google
