Well this is where you will learn how to make a Pisco Sour Cocktail. Once you get a hang of how to make the drink you will be able to make them fairly quick and easy. Let’s get started. Step 1: What You Will Need to get Started
1. A martini glass 2. Ice 3. 1 oz lemon juice 4. 1 oz simple syrup, Simple syrup is made by simmering equal parts water and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then after it cools you can transfer it into a bottle. 5. A cocktail shaker 6. 1 oz Pisco brandy 7. 1 oz egg whites 8. A strainer 9. Bitters 10. A toothpick (Optional)
Step 2: The First Steps to Making a Pisco Sour Cocktail
To make a Pisco Sour Cocktail there are a few steps you should follow.
1. Freeze a martini glass, so when you pour your drink it will be cold. To freeze the glass you will want to put it into the freezer and leave it in there for a while it depends on your freezer on how long it will take. You want to make sure the martini glass is frosted with ice. Or if you don't want to wait you can always just add ice.
2. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, and then proceed to adding lemon juice and syrup into the cocktail shaker.
3. Now add the 1 oz Pisco brandy into the shaker.
4. Next add the 1 oz egg whites, which give the Cocktail its thick texture.
Step 3: The Last Steps of Making a Pisco Sour Cocktail, you are almost done!
5. Now you will want to close the cocktail shaker and proceed to shaking the contents inside the cocktail shaker for at least 15 seconds.
6. Add a little bit of bitters to complete the drink and serve
7. (Optional) You can use the toothpick to draw designs in the bitters.
