How to Make a Greek Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients and Equipment

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dill, chopped
  • 1/2 pita bread
  • 1/4 cup cucumber
  • 1 tbsp tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sautee pan

Instructions

  1. Drip egg in pan to test heat.
  2. Mix eggs, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Fry eggs.
  4. Add eggs, cucumber, tomato, yogurt, feta cheese, salt and pepper to pita bread.
