Ingredients and Equipment
- 2 eggs
- 1 dill, chopped
- 1/2 pita bread
- 1/4 cup cucumber
- 1 tbsp tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper
- Sautee pan
Instructions
Drip egg in pan to test heat.
- Mix eggs, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Fry eggs.
- Add eggs, cucumber, tomato, yogurt, feta cheese, salt and pepper to pita bread.
