How to Make a Graham Cracker Crust

What You'll Need

Ingredients
  • 22 graham cracker halves, finely ground
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
Equipment
  • Mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Pie tin or cake pan
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
  2. Use your hands to pat the crust into the pie plate or springform pan.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350° F (177° C).
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove pan to a wire rack and let cool before filling.
