  2. Add banana, apple, kiwi, and honey to the blender. Mix well.
  3. Add more orange juice, soy milk, yogurt, tofu, or ice cubes as needed for desired consistency.
  4. As you are adding more liquid, add some fresh mint leaves and ground nutmeg to taste to blender. Mix well until desired texture and taste is reached.
  5. When done, serve in glasses garnished with ground nutmeg and fresh mint leaves.
