Ingredients and Equipment
- 1 russet potato
- Aluminum foil
- Fork
- Plate to serve it on
Cooking Process
- Preheat your oven to 350° F.
- With a fork, pierce the potato skin several times before putting it in the oven so that the heat can escape as it cooks.
- Wrap the potato in foil and let it cook for an hour. It should be soft and squeezable when it's done.
- Poke the potato with your fork along the top but don't pierce all the way through the potato.
- Squeeze the side of the potato so that it opens up a little bit. Discard the foil.
- Serve and enjoy!
