The Flirtini cocktail is quick and easy to mix. Allow yourself about 10 minutes to prepare and create the drink.

The ingredients you will need are:

• 2 pieces fresh pineapple
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz vodka
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 3 oz Champagne
• Maraschino cherry for garnish
• Cocktail glass
• Cocktail shaker
• Ice

Mix this just before drinking so that the champagne doesn't lose its bubbles.

1. Make sure you have all of your ingredients on your counter.
2. Place your cocktail glass in your freezer to chill.
3. Add the ice, pineapple pieces and Cointreau to the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
4. Add the vodka and pineapple juice, and shake well.
5. Strain into your chilled cocktail glass.
6. Top off with champagne, then garnish with a maraschino cherry.
