Tricks for losing weight --

1. Eat only healthy food. People gain weight because their bodies are starving for nutritious food. Give up fructose corn syrup and aspartame. Make your own Snapple -- make green tea, add raw honey, xylitol (diabetic's sweetener) or agave syrup to sweeten, organic unsweetened fruit juice

2. Omega 3s -- take large amounts of fish oil, flax seed oil -- best appetite suppression you can use.

3 Raw food is really good for you - eat a large salad every day. Try this asian salad: 1 pkg cole slaw mix, shredded raw beets, slivered red pepper, various crudites, green onions and cilantro. Use this dressing: 1/2 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Asian (toasted) sesame oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper.
Makes any raw veggies taste great! Even if you don't have a kitchen, you can still eat better than the rest of the world. They're all eating tater tots!

3. Eat all your major carbs in the morning only. Especially, don't eat carbohydrates such as potatoes and rice for dinner. When you are sleeping, you don't need carbs!
