How To Look Good Naked is a reality series on Lifetime Television hosted by Carson Kressley. Kressley helps women improve their self-image by adjusting their clothing styles to help them overcome their insecurities. The program was originally 30 minutes long, but the episodes were extended to an hour for the second season.
