Step 1:
Let your hair grow out so it's long enough to fall just past your collar bone. Make sure you leave bangs that are long enough to fall below your eyes.
Use scissors to cut your hair so it is a bit choppy.
Then, bleach your hair out. Wait one full day before dying your hair again.
Step 3:
After one full day:
Separate your hair into sections, including the top layer from the bottom layer.
Fold a piece of foil on the tips and bottom layer of your bangs, and they will become yellow.
Hair Dye Colors
If it's Special Effects, use ‘Napalm Orange’ or ‘Hi Octane Orange’ (depending on how bright you want it) and ‘Extremely Bright Yellow’. If it’s Manic Panic, use ‘Electric Lava’ or ‘Tiger Lily’ (depending on how bright you want it) and ‘Electric Sunshine’.
Step 1:
Dye the top of your hair red-orange. Underneath remains orange.
Mix it in just enough to saturate your hair with the dye. Follow directions on the dying product you're using.
Wash the dye out of your hair.
Take some bright yellow and put them in your bangs. Leave some of the top a bit orange so you just have a bit of little streaks in there.
Now you have hair just like Hayley Williams!
