From a food standpoint, look to organic foods for your baby. Serving all-natural fruits or even pre-made organic foods can help reduce the risk of the baby's exposure to pesticides. Rid Personal Care Products of Toxins
When purchasing products for your baby, look for brands that don't have parabens, artificial preservatives or phthalates, which are all endocrine disruptors that can affect your child's short-term health, as well as its fertility. A report entitled "Our Babies are Being Born Polluted" emphasized how personal care products carried potentially harmful, disruptive substances such as parabens and phthalates. These particular substances have been linked to ADHD, asthma, allergies and Alzheimer's disease.
