Tickets to "The Late Show with David Letterman" for anyone 18 years of age and above can be found on the show's website. You will need to submit your ticket request using the show's online ticket form. This is not a guarantee that you will receive tickets. The show will contact as many requesters as ticket availability allows. If you are contacted, you are required to answer a random trivia question about the show. If you get the answer correct, you will receive two tickets to a taping. Visit the Ed Sullivan Theatre at 1697 Broadway between W 53rd and W 54th Streets where "The Late Show" tapes and submit an in-person request. Tickets will be given randomly to requesters who will be notified via phone. The lobby of the theatre is open Monday through Thursday from 9:30AM to 12PM, plus Saturday and Sunday from 10AM to 6PM. Note that individuals may request tickets only once every six months due to the large volume of requests, and you may not line up before 9AM on weekdays or you will be ineligible to receive tickets. You may request stand-by tickets by calling (212) 247-6497 beginning at 11AM on the date of the taping you want to attend. Your name will be put on a list in the order your call is received. If you receive a stand-by ticket, you must be able to check in at the theatre at least an hour before the taping begins.
