Getting Started
You can do this exercise either at the gym or at home. If you prefer to do them at home, you can either purchase free weights or use item like water bottles or soup cans.

This exercise works your biceps, which are located on the front part of your upper arm, and also has an added element of cardio to help you burn more calories and get your heart rate up.c
How to Perform This Move (Slideshow)
- Start with your feet together, arms at your side and a weight in each hand.
- With your right foot, take a step to the right. At the same time, bend your arms at the elbow so, bringing the weight to your shoulder.
- As you step the left foot to meet the right one, lower your arms to their starting position at your sides.
- Repeat the move to the left side, stepping to the left as you bend your arm and lowering them as you bring your feet together.
- Continue this for one minute.
Additional Info
Tip: Make sure that your elbows stay anchored to your sides and your shoulders don't hunch forward.
Variation: Alternate arms so that you bend the right arm as you step to the right and the left arm as you step to the left.
