Universal Pictures' romantic comedy How to Get Divorced by 30, is an adaptation of the magazine article, from LA Weekly, written by Sascha Rothchild, about the demise of her marriage and those of her five friends. Rothchild believes that "starter marriages" are necessary to having a successful mating. She also gives woman instructions on how to remove themselves from a married relationship. The film has not yet been produced however, and remains an optioned property of Universal Pictures with tentative plans for development.
