How to Get Coins in 'We Rule'

The kingdom-building 'We Rule' video game for the iPad and iPod allows you to build your own realm filled with agriculture, businesses and residents. As in real life, building an empire takes money. In 'We Rule' the money of choice is golden coins. This currency is used to help buy seeds, build new businesses and construct housing for citizens who will pay taxes into your coffers. The goal of the game is to advance through additional levels of the game, while expanding your kingdom.

You can learn the best way to accumulate money by trial and error while playing the game, or you can look for expert advice so you can build your kingdom faster, with greater rewards. This video game guide presents an overview of how to get coins in 'We Rule'.

Plant crops and harvest them once they are ready. Click on each plot as it indicates it is ready for harvest with a floating picture of the vegetable or fruit to be harvested. After clicking the plot, harvesting will occur and you will earn gold coins and XP, or experience, points. Replant the plot and continue the harvesting cycle to continue earning more coins.

Once you have started building your kingdom and you have enough gold coins accumulated, invest in a business. Building businesses such as a tailor's shop can pay for itself quickly. Once businesses are built, you can cash out once their goods are ready to be sold, or services were provided. The cash-out cycle is unique for each type of business. When a floating item resides over the business, press it and you will get coins from the business.

After establishing a decent sized kingdom with agriculture and some business, build homes for citizens of your kingdom. People will move to your kingdom, and you will be able to collect gold coins from each home every four hours in taxes.
