Making Round Fried Eggs
if you're frying an egg for a sandwich, you may want a perfectly round circle. take a tuna can, and cut out both the top and bottom with a can opener. (Make sure you use a can opener that rounds the edges.). Wash it carefully, and place it in the frying pan. Crack the egg into the ring, and fry until done.

How to Fry an Egg
This video demonstration on how to fry an egg emphasizes that it's important to use fresh eggs when frying eggs. The chef uses a bowl rather than a saucer to crack the egg, and reminds you to look for stray pieces of shell. She covers the skillet while frying the egg to speed up the cooking process. -

Introduction
Whether you are frying eggs to eat with a knife and fork, or as part of an egg sandwich, you'll want to make sure the egg is not over or undercooked. A perfect fried egg has a firm white, and a liquid yolk. -
Step 2: How to Fry an Egg
- Melt the fat in the frying pan on medium high heat. (Using high heat will toughen the eggs)
- Break the egg into a saucer, and slide it from the saucer into the frying pan.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes until the white is set. If you want a sunny side up egg, spoon the fat over the egg, until the yolk looks flat, not shiny.
- If you're frying the eggs over easy, flip them when the white is set, and cook for another 30 seconds (cook 45 seconds for over medium, and 1 minute for over hard).

Step 3: How to Make Toad in a Hole
You'll need a piece of bread with a hole cut out in the middle, in addition to everything you need to fry the egg.- Melt the fat in the frying pan.
- Add the bread, and fry one side for 2 minutes.
- Flip the bread, and crack the egg into the hole.
- Fry for 3 minutes, and then serve sunny side up, or flip briefly for over easy.
