How to Forward an Email
To forward an e-mail, go into an email and click Forward. The location of this feature varies depending on which email client you are using.
Forwarding Etiquette
When forwarding an e-mail, many people simply hit Forward and send it to all their contacts without any editing. This method includes a large amount of unnecessary text. If you're forwarding an email to share the content, the content is all you need to send.
Remove anything that isn't necessary, including the following:
The original sender and date first sent
The phrase "Sent from my iPhone" (if you are not doing so)
The email addresses of the other people it was sent to
The empty space near the top
Notifications about the lack of viruses in the email
Your online signature
The empty space near the bottom
