How to Fix Your Home Network
Check if there are any physical problems. Make sure the modem and router cables are all connected. - Restart your computer.
Reset your router using a soft or hard reset. To do a soft reset, grab a pen or bobby pin and tap the button in the back.- To do a hard restart, unplug the router and modem for
25 seconds and plug it back in. 
Make sure the indicator lights on the modem and router are blinking. - If none of the above works, call your internet service
provider.
