The castle in your We Rule kingdom is the heart and focal point of your kingdom's prestige. Enhancing your castle requires a mixture of obtaining specific levels and saving a specified number of gold coins. Gold coins are collected through harvesting crops, reaping profits from your businesses and collecting taxes from your citizens. As the game advances, you may be able to collect gold coins by interacting with kingdoms you link with your friends. Once you have amassed enough gold coins and attained the required game level, you can make progressive enhancements to your castle in We Rule.

Press on your iPad screen to activate the game menu. In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen press the hammer icon labeled "Build". The "Building" menu will appear. Click on the grey tab at the top of the box that features a castle icon. Scroll through the castle expansion options. Take note of the levels and gold coins required for each castle upgrade.

Based on your castle expansion goals, focus on earning gold coins and earning experience (XP) points. Experience points will allow you to level up to the requirements established for castle expansion. Gold coin collecting will provide the necessary funds to purchase the expansion. Gold coins and XP points can be obtained by growing crops, building businesses and collecting taxes from citizens of your kingdom. To obtain castle expansions faster, focus on crops and business that offer the highest return on your investments.

Once you have collected enough gold coins and have attained the required level, purchase the castle expansion. Press on the hammer icon in the bottom, right-hand corner of your game screen and then press the castle tab on the far right-hand side of the "Building" pop-up box. Press the castle expansion and your castle will undergo a transformation into a bigger, stronger, more prestigious castle.
