Nili Nathan for Expert Village provides nutritional information as she walks us through her recipe for a Goji Berry and Strawberry smoothie. Nili suggest adding ice for extra frothiness. Frozen Bananas, Blueberries or Strawberries are a great substitute for ice.
Step 1: Eat Whole
Goji berries may be enjoyed straight from the branch, and taste sweet and juicy. Of course if you live in the United States, it is highly unlikely that you will have the chance to buy goji berries in their fresh form. Most stores carry the dried versions only. These may be eaten right out of the bag for a healthy anytime treat. http://www.gojiberryaustralia.com.au/HOW%20TO%20EAT%20GOJI%20BERRIES.html
