How to Earn Money Quickly in Farm Country

Learning how to earn money quickly on Farm Country, is easy. Money on this Facebook game is earned in a few ways. Crops can either be sold or processed in one of the factories to make even more money.

Farm Country crops, which are processed through factories, are where the bigger amounts of money are made but earnings accrue more slowly.

Some of the crops, decorations, trees, and factories can be purchased with coins, which are earned. The other items are purchased with virtual coins, which a player can purchase with a credit card or funds from a Paypal account. These virtual coins symbolized by the letter K in the game are earned for special events and the profit margin is higher than items bought with regular coins.

Factories do earn a higher return on crops but crops do take time to process. Some of these process times are as short as 30 seconds, while others are three minutes. It might be in a player’s best interest to sell crops outright.

This page shares how to make money on Farm Country using the crops and other items bought with the regular coins which are earned.

Step 1: Planting and Harvesting Crops

Harvesting crops is a quick way to make money on Farm Country. Each crop is ready to harvest at different times and will give a player various amounts of money.

The crops one can grow directly depend on the level a player is on. Each time a player earns enough experience they level up. This unlocks even more items to use within the game.

Whatever crop you do choose to plant play attention to the length of time it grows. All crops will pay good money if you plant enough plots of them. Of course, wasted crops do not make any money so be sure to return to the game when your crops ripen.

The lettuce, which becomes available on level 9, is the best buy for the money once it is available for purchase.

When a player is on level one of the game, clover crops can be planted. A plot of clover costs 12 coins. After 4 hours it can be harvested. Once it is sold, a player receives 32 coins.

On level two, players can plant raspberries and wheat crops in addition to the items on level one. Raspberry seeds can be purchased for 22 coins, are ready to be harvested in 2 hours, and can be sold at the store for 45 coins. Wheat, which takes 22 hours to harvest, will cost players 18 coins. When wheat is sold, each plot earns 60 coins.

On the third level, a player can purchase sunflowers for 10 coins, which are harvested 6 hours after planting. The sunflowers will net the player 32 coins when they are sold.

Potatoes, unlocked at level 4, are purchased for 42 coins, harvested in 46 hours and net 120 coins.

Sugar cane crop opens on level 5 at a cost of 32 coins. Sugar cane ripens in 10 hours and is sold for 70 coins.

Grapes, unlocked on level 6, cost 73 coins and ripen in 12 hours. The harvested grapes can be sold for 105 coins.

Rice, unlocked on level 7 at a cost of 48 coins, ripens in 11 hours. Harvested rice can be sold for 80 coins.

Onions, unlocked on level 8, is purchased for 22 coins. After 2 hours, onions may be harvested. Players receive 45 coins for each plot of onions sold in the store.

Lettuce, unlocked on level 9, is available in the store for 60 coins and ready for harvest in 8 hours. Once harvested, the lettuce crop will fetch 100 coins in the store.

Beans are unlocked on level 11 and ripen in 46 hours. Bean seeds cost 78 coins in the store, but the crop is sold for 163 coins.

Taro is unlocked on level 12 and is purchased for 74 coins. Taro take 22 hours to ripen but once ripened, it can be sold for 163 coins.

Cotton crop is available on level 15. It is currently the last named crop in the game. Cotton seeds are purchased for 27 coins, and take 46 hours until they are ready for harvest. After harvesting, cotton is sold for 102 coins.

Step 2: The Factories for More Money

The Factories in Farm Country also provide cash to purchase crops. Of course processing crops in the factories takes time, but many players find the end result to be worth the wait.

On level 1, the Juice Shack is available to purchase for 6,000 coins. To use this factory, a player needs grapes in order to make grape juice. The grapes can be sold right away for 105 coins per plot, but once they are processed into grape juice, the juice can be sold for 130 coins. It takes three minutes to process the grapes, so if a player is trying to get money quickly its better to sell the grapes out right rather than processing them.

The Jam factory is available for purchase also on level 1, for 10,000 coins. Once raspberries are processed through this factory, raspberry jam is created. One can sell the raspberries at the store for 45 coins but once run through the factory for 30 seconds a player can sell the jam for 60 coins.

Some of the factories do produce a higher profit if more cash is needed. Just keep in mind that processing the crops always slows down the earning cycle.

Step 3: Neighbors, Trees, Animals, and Decorations

Neighbors can be a good source of income in Farm Country. A player can earn coins by fertilizing the plants and working at one of the factories on neighboring farms. Of course the more neighbors a player has the more coins they can earn by visiting those neighbors.

Trees are easy to grow, but it is a slow return of any money because of the slow rate of growth. The apple tree for example will cost players 207 coins, and grow in 46 hours and the player will receive 19 coins each time the tree is harvested. A player will have to harvest that tree for many times to begin realizing a profit.

Animals in Farm Country are animated and you can gain coins or money for actions involving the animals. Animals can be fed crops and then they produce products, which can be sold. A player cannot make money by grooming their own animals but they can earn coins by grooming neighbor’s animals.

Decorations can be sold for quick cash but if you purchase the decorative items yourself, you will be losing money. Instead, collect and sell the decorations that your neighbors give you. If you purchase the decorations, it is best to use them on your own farm, so please consider each purchase of decorative items beforehand.
