They can all be done in a simple and inexpensive way, or created with greater care and detail if you have more time.
Option 1: Fish Bowl
To create the fishbowl, start off by painting your entire stomach light blue. After that, you can cut the contents of the bowl out of construction paper and place them on your belly. These should include fish and corral, but you can also be even more creative by adding seaweed and bubbles. For accessories, consider carrying a small fish catching net, or even a stuffed cat. Garfield is an obvious choice, but the hungrier looking the better.
Option 2: Globe
Creating a globe on your belly sounds complicated, but it's simpler than you think. The easiest way to do it is to paint your entire belly blue, then paste green continents cut out of construction paper into place. Cut the continents out using templates. You can find them online, or simply use an old map. If the continents are accurately shaped, the placement matters quite a bit less. For accessories, consider hiking boots and an explorer hat.

To create the beach ball, start off with a photo and copy the look. Rather than drawing curved vertical lines, try finding a picture with a 3/4 view of the ball to use and include the white circles featured on the ends of most beach balls. Though beach balls come in a variety of colors, the original balls are white with red, blue and yellow sections. To finish the outfit, consider carrying along a shovel, bucket and sunscreen. Applying sunscreen before you go out will also give you that great beach smell, regardless of whether or not you're actually going to need sun protection.
