  2. Royal icing
  3. Bowl
  4. Red food coloring
  5. Two plastic zip-lock bags
  6. Scissors
  7. Parchment paper
  8. Red sprinkles

Mix half of the royal icing in a bowl with a few drops of red food coloring. Scoop the red icing into one of the plastic bags.
