Cut Your Carrot Diagonally
1. Cut off the ends of the carrot.
2. Position your knife on a diagonal to the carrot and slice through, keeping the point of the knife on the cutting board.
3. Push the carrot forward and under the knife with your opposite hand, continuing your diagonal slices, making them as thin or thick as you prefer.
4. Once you've cut through the entire carrot, transfer to a plate and serve or add to a recipe.
