Cutting a bell pepper right can effectively remove the seeds and prepare the vegetable for a meal or as a nutrious snack. It can be a little tricky to cut a bell pepper. The vegetable itself is an odd shape and is hollow. There is also the need to remove all of the seeds so that the pepper is edible.
The most common way to cut the bell pepper is to cut it in strips, however, it can be chopped as well. This method is not the best for creating meals such as stuffed peppers as the pepper is cut in half for this technique and in stuffed peppers, the pepper is left whole.
