How to Use Your Massage Oil
Prior to relaxing in a quiet room, you may wish to spritz a little water, containing the same essential oil, into the air of the room you are going to use.After shaking the oil bottle, place a few drops of the mixed massage oil onto your fingers and apply to tense areas around your head. This can include the shoulders, neck, temples and forehead.
Massage the affected areas in small, slow circles. When you have done this, just sit or lie back and relax for at least 20 minutes. You will probably find your headache will be gone in this time.
