Log in to YouTube with the "Sign In" link at the top of any YouTube page.  While watching videos on YouTube, you will see an arrow next to "+ Add to" under the video.  Clicking this button will bring up a drop down menu.  Choose "New Playlist" from the menu.http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=57792

Inside of your YouTube account, you'll find a list named "New Playlist".  Click on "Edit Details" and rename your playlist to suit the types of videos it will contain. In the box marked "Description" type in further details about the videos. Add keywords in the "Tags" box if you would like your playlist to come up on search results when someone searches YouTube for those words.
